2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:

  • Monthly PRO Subscription ($9.99): Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the initial transaction or renewal.
  • Yearly PRO Subscription ($59.90): Since this plan includes a 7-day free trial, we encourage users to cancel before the trial ends. However, if you are charged and still wish to request a refund, you may do so within 14 days of the transaction.
  • Promotional Offers ($4.99): Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the purchase.

3. How to Request a Refund

While we maintain a "No Questions Asked" policy, we reserve the right to refuse refunds to users who exhibit a pattern of abuse (e.g., repeatedly subscribing and requesting refunds to gain free access to Pro features).
